Party Words is playable with both Multi-Device Online and Single-Device Pass and Play supported for all game modes. There are currently 5 game modes. There are 20 decks available (some in DLC), each with a Basic (100+ words) and an Advanced (500+ words) version.
Plans for Future Updates
We are planning to add more content like game modes, decks, and other features. Party Words has the capability to support a ton of options. We are looking for feedback on what we should start working on next:
Teams: This opens an option to play as teams for current and future game modes, players would be able to set themselves to a team color and the game would handle team play and scoring.
Drawing Modes: Game modes that support on-screen drawing. This opens modes for games that typically have a pen and paper.
Judging Modes: Game modes that support submitting answers and having a player or group pick the best one. This opens modes for games where players pick an answer and then judge the answers.
How to Give Feedback/Suggestions
Feedback can be sent through the in-game settings menu (Settings > Contact), through our Party Words Website Contact Form, or through the Steam forums where we'll be polling for most wanted features. We'd also appreciate it if you would let us know about any bugs you might encounter, so we get those sorted out quickly. If you have ideas for Party Words please send them our way!
*What Does Early Access Mean?
Early Access means the game is not finished yet, but has enough content that we are opening it for players who are excited to start playing now. The Early Access version is likely to change as we continue to develop the game and that can mean the game is sometimes less stable than a completed version. Early Access is typically used to get feedback from players while the game is still in development, so they can have more of an impact on the final product.
